The different types of project management methodology include waterfall, PRINCE2, Agile XP and agile scrum. Dissimilarities between PMBOK and PRINCE2 The dissimilarities between PMBOK and PRINCE2 are as follows- PMBOK is a standard while PRINCE2 is a project methodology.
